You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Cashbet will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

Age Verification: Cashbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age (e.g., a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence) at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended, and withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether intentional or inadvertent, will result in all associated accounts being subject to review, potential suspension, and forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings accrued through the duplicate account.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You are required to update this information promptly should it change. Cashbet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Cashbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility, unless you have reported a compromise to our support team and received written confirmation of the report.
Cashbet reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any time, including upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to unusual account activity. Documents typically requested include proof of identity (MyKad, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
Cashbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified:
Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time. Cashbet does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. The minimum deposit for most MYR payment methods is RM10. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Withdrawals require a fully verified Account. Standard MYR bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business hour during operational hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours. Cashbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Anti-Money Laundering: Cashbet is obligated to comply with applicable AML requirements. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with a User's established pattern of activity. Users must not use the Platform to facilitate the movement of illegally obtained funds.
Cashbet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. As a general guide, wagering requirements on Cashbet range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount. You are responsible for reading and understanding the specific requirements before accepting any bonus.
Bonuses are available to eligible Users who have not previously abused promotional offers on the Platform. Cashbet reserves the right to exclude any User from a specific promotion or from all future promotions if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors in the Platform.
Bonus Funds and associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion will be automatically removed from the User's Account without notice. Validity periods are displayed on each promotion and typically range from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance.
Users who deposit using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are eligible for a 2% crypto deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per transaction, subject to a 15x wagering requirement. This bonus is applied automatically on qualifying crypto deposits.
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Cashbet Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, live betting, casino games, and other products are published within the relevant game or market interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Cashbet Platform:
Consequences: Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances (real funds and bonuses), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.
Cashbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon termination for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified Real Funds balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account termination under any circumstances.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Accounts may do so by contacting Cashbet's support team. A request to permanently close an Account will be processed within 3 business days.
All content on the Cashbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, game content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of Cashbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content without prior written permission from Cashbet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cashbet, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Cashbet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Funds balance held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
Cashbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but are not liable for downtime, data loss, or betting disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor outages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Cashbet holds its international gaming licence (Curaçao). Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
